My Favourite Items

I have a large collection of makeup and beauty products but here are the items that I use daily and are my favourites at the moment:-

Vichy Normaderm

I'm prone to whiteheads that sit under my skin and often never break out, then I do the worst thing.... I pick at them. I should know better, naughty bad habit!
I have been using this for about 6 weeks now, I have noticed an improvement in breakouts, blemishes and my skin tone. This is a gel wash that's  massaged into the skin then rised off with clean warm water. I was recommended Vichy Normaderm by a fellow beauty blogger and dermatologist. You can buy this online at Boots and in store for around £10.20. There is also a seperate moisturiser and a toner in this range.

bareMinerals Foundation

I love bareMinerals, I have many of their products and brushes, which are great quality and hard working items. I use a mix of both Medium Beige and Fairly Light depending day by day and the time of year.
I find that this foundation sets well on my skin, gives great coverage and lasts well. It can be purchased both online and in most Debenhams stores for between £23- £25.

Eyeshadow in Brule

I wear MAC Brule eyeshadow no matter what I intend to do with my eye makeup, I use as a base colour, it suits my skin tone very well and has a excellent matt finish. .

Buxom Lips -Kanani

This handy sized lip gloss, is always lurking in my handbag. It's part of the Bare Escentuals Buxom Lips range that is designed to naturally plump your lips. The smell is not to sweet yet still enticing. Once applied your lips tingle but not uncomfortably. It's a subtle wash of pink, which is ideal for brightening my complexion. This was part of a set of 5 shades but also comes in a full size product and can be purchased online and at Debenhams for £19

NARS - Blusher

This NARS blusher in Angelika is another perk me up product, It's happy cotton candy pink with gold particles for a touch of glamour. It can be worn as a soft natural hint of color or layered up for greater depth and intensity.

This product was recommended by my hairdresser as my hair is often a little flat, fine and needs to be worn more 'dirty' to achieve it's desired finish. I have short hair so most days I have to style it. Once the hair is fully dried this wet spay is spritzed under sections where required, then dried off with the hairdryer. It gives my roots long lasting body and creates much need volume. I have this in the old packaging, I believe the new bottle is a little larger. I have had mine for around 4 months and still have a quarter of it left, so you get a lot of use. This can be purchased at endorsed REDKIN salons and various online beauty stores.
